Executive Head’s Welcome

Welcome to Victoria College’s website, where you will find lots of useful information about the work that we do, including the creative and vibrant offer for our students.

Victoria College is an independent specialist provision for students aged 19 to 25 who have a range of learning difficulties, including physical disabilities and complex health care needs.

Our team of professionals are well supported to provide the best education for every student and we are proud of the holistic support that is established with outside agencies. We have a dedicated and skilled staff team, which includes teachers, class-based support staff, an administrative team and site team. The students are also supported by onsite NHS nurses and physiotherapists.

Victoria College is part of a Federation (memorandum of understanding) with Cherry Oak School and Victoria School, which gives us many opportunities for collaborative work and sharing of good practice.

We are very proud of every student’s achievements throughout their time in College and we celebrate success at every opportunity and across the curriculum. Everything we do is based on what is best for our students and we develop positive relationships with their families too, in order to plan for success beyond College.
