Community Enrichment

At Victoria College we feel it is so important that our students are seen and valued as equal citizens wherever and whenever possible.

Our Community Enrichment programme allows each student to go out every week to experience a wide variety of places, cultures and local attractions. We have visited some very diverse places such as the Sea Life Centre, Winterbourne House and Gardens, Akamba (an African heritage centre), The Barber Institute for Fine Art, the Library in Birmingham, Garden centres, Local cafes, the immediate local shopping areas and bowling which we do on a regular basis.

We believe that the community visits are vital to our students and to re -visit places is just as important as this builds up a good relationship with the people we meet. We have also been to Cadbury World, the Lickey Hills, and we are always on the lookout for new places to visit.
